Structured live group sessions where participants brought real challenges into the room - facilitated problem-solving with peer input and individual action commitment. Three-touchpoint accountability model: initial session, one-week check-in, six-week progression review.

    Santander Boosting Business Programme

    Delivered in collaboration with Santander's Boosting Business Programme. A structured virtual workshop on growth mindset - combining presentation, group discussion, and breakout exercises. 38 of 64 registered participants actively engaged throughout. Measurable mindset shift and increased decision-making confidence reported across the cohort.

    NatWest Women in Business

    Delivered in collaboration with Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce as part of the NatWest Women in Business Programme. Practical, commercially grounded sessions supporting women business owners across the region with marketing fundamentals, growth planning, and business development.
