The Momentum Room - women in business working board

"Not a workshop. Not networking. A working board where real decisions get made and followed through."

Running a business that depends entirely on you?

If any of these feel uncomfortably familiar, you're not alone - and it's not a lack of ambition.

    Business owner reflecting

You've grown past the startup phase but haven't quite found your footing as a leader

You're making decisions without anyone to properly think them through with

You have a clear sense of what needs to change - but no dedicated space to work on it

You've tried accountability before - it was either too shallow, too busy, or it didn't last

You're doing well enough that it feels ungrateful to say it's not working - but it's not quite working

This isn't about working harder. It's about getting out of the weeds long enough to actually lead.

You arrive at every board day with a real brief - and leave with committed actions, not good intentions

You have four women who know your business, your numbers, and your blind spots

Decisions that used to circle for weeks get resolved in a single conversation

You stop performing progress and start making it

You're being held to account - not by an app or a spreadsheet, but by people who've seen your work

The magic doesn't happen in the worksheets. It happens in the room.

What changes when you're in the room

    The Momentum Room session

    How a board day works

Every board day follows the same structure. That structure is the point - it creates the conditions for something most business owners never have access to.

    Board day in session
A safe space to be honest

Not a pitch. Not a performance. Not networking. A room where you can say what's actually going on - numbers, doubts, real challenges - without judgment. That honesty is what makes the work possible.

    Peer accountability

Four or five women who know your business, your priorities, and what you said you'd do last month. Not an app. Not a spreadsheet. People. That's the kind of accountability that actually changes behaviour.

    Collaborative problem solving

You don't leave with advice. You leave with decisions that have been properly stress-tested by people who understand what you're building. The group's combined experience is one of the most valuable things in the room.

    A different perspective

When you're inside your business every day, you lose the ability to see it clearly. The room gives that back. Sometimes the most useful thing is someone asking the question you've been avoiding.

    Is this right for you?

    This is for you if:

You're a woman in business, revenue-generating, and 2–5 years in
You want honest challenge, not encouragement
You're ready to work on your business, not just in it
You want a small group who genuinely know you and your business
You're done doing this alone - and ready for something with real depth

This probably isn't for you if:

You're looking for a networking group or a large business community
You want motivation and inspiration rather than direct challenge
You're not ready to share your real numbers with the group
You want a quick fix rather than a consistent working system
You're looking for an online-only or drop-in format

    What's included

Limited to 4–5 women. That limit is deliberate - it protects the depth, focus, and quality of attention every member receives.

    Monthly Board Day

    Monthly Board Day

One full in-person day in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. Your dedicated Board Seat - present your priorities, receive structured challenge from Clare and the group, leave with committed actions and a clear next 30 days.

    Weekly 15-Minute Check-In

    Weekly 15-Minute Check-In

A short focused call with Clare every week - Zoom or phone. What you committed to, what's in the way, what you're doing about it. Execution-driven, not coaching.

    Optional Business Club Access

    Optional Business Club Access

All Momentum Room members can join Business Club at no extra cost - a weekly live accountability session with Clare, 52 weeks a year, no breaks.

    The board day in detail

The day is structured so every member gets the same depth of focus and challenge. Here's how it flows.

    Board day facilitation
    1Share Wins

Every board day opens with a round table. What's worked since last time. Sets the tone, builds energy, and reminds everyone in the room why they're doing the work.

    2Your Focus

Each member has up to 30 minutes of dedicated, high-focus time. Where are you, what's the priority, what's in the way. The group is prepared before your seat begins - no warming up, no catching up.

    3Board Challenge

Up to 15 minutes of open, honest, direct input from Clare and the group. Not advice for its own sake - the questions you haven't been asking yourself. The decisions that need stress-testing before you act on them.

    4Break & Reset

A proper break built into the day. Time to step away, process what you've heard, and arrive at the next seat fresh. The depth of the afternoon is only possible because of this.

    5Commitment

Every board day closes the same way. What will you do, by when - stated out loud, in front of the group. The group witnesses it. That's where the accountability becomes real.

The day runs from mid-morning to late afternoon. The structure isn't rigid - it's protective. It's what allows the depth to happen.
